1. About us

This website, sixfibre.co.uk (the "Website"), is operated by SIX FIBRE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15051639 ("Six Fibre", "we", "us", "our").

You can contact us at enquiries@sixfibre.co.uk or on 01642 983438 (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00).

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the Website at the time you use it applies.

3. Scope of the Website

The Website provides general information about Six Fibre and our telecommunications and utilities contracting services, including emergency restoration, TRR and cabling, splicing and testing, blowing fibre, civils, and survey and design. It is intended for businesses, network operators and other organisations.

Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a guarantee of availability. Any services we provide are subject to a separate written agreement, quotation or subcontract between Six Fibre and the customer, which will take priority over these terms.

4. Enquiries and the contact form

When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp, you agree to provide accurate information. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between you and Six Fibre. We will use your details as set out in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any unlawful way or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
  • use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the Website or the contact form, or submit spam or misleading enquiries; or
  • copy or reuse Website content in a way that infringes our rights or those of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Six Fibre and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Website and print or download extracts for your own internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Third-party names and logos shown on the Website, including those of clients and partners, belong to their respective owners. Their display does not imply endorsement beyond the relationship described.

7. Project descriptions, testimonials and reviews

Project case studies, statistics (for example homes passed or delivery periods), testimonials and reviews are provided for general information and reflect our experience on particular projects. Results on other projects will vary depending on scope, conditions and client requirements.

8. Third-party links and services

The Website links to or embeds third-party services, such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and a reviews widget. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Website availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the Website accurate, secure and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Six Fibre will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.

11. Health, safety and quality

The information on the Website does not replace project-specific method statements, risk assessments, or contract documentation. Please do not rely on the Website for technical, safety or regulatory decisions.

12. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may have the right to bring proceedings in your home courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Please check this page periodically. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

14. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at enquiries@sixfibre.co.uk, or write to SIX FIBRE LTD, Middlesbrough.
