This policy explains how SIX FIBRE LTD (company number 15051639, England) ("Six Fibre", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use sixfibre.co.uk (the "Website") or contact us.

Six Fibre is the "controller" of the personal data described here under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, number, company, and the nature of your enquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and the technologies described in section 7 may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of access.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health information) and ask that you do not include it in your message.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and spam protection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
